  1. Use coarse salt and lemons to clean your chopping board. It will remove stains and odors without leaving harmful chemicals behind.
  1. Used dryer sheets are great for buffing water spots from mirrors, bathroom/kitchen fixtures, and shower doors.
  1. Use dryer sheets to wipe baseboards clean. They will continue to repel dust for months.
  1. Dryer sheets attached to your toilet bowl scrubber will help remove the ring inside the toilet.
  1. Garbage disposal stinky? Take a half a lemon and slice it thinly. Then, sprinkle it with baking soda. Further, grind it in the garbage disposal, and then rinse with hot water to finish and flush it.
  1. Clean your blender safely and remove lingering odors. Fill the blender with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Turn it on for a few seconds. Rinse with warm water.
  1. Clean your sponge frequently to remove bacteria. Pop the wet sponge in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Wait a few minutes before handling though because it will be hot. You can also run it through the dishwasher.

  1. Use a dish wand filled with equal parts dish soap and vinegar to scrub your bathroom tile. To get into small areas, dip a toothbrush in the same type of solution.
  1. Freshen up your couch and remove stains by sprinkling baking soda on the fabric. Use a brush to work the powder in lightly. Let sit for 20 minutes then vacuum up.
  1. Clean your computer safely with vinegar. Pour a little white vinegar on a microfiber cloth and wipe the keyboard clean. Also, use a Q-tip to get into tiny areas.
